Anyone here seen a Cowboys game in the new Cowboys Stadium in Dallas (Arlington) ? Was thinking of going down this season for a game, any game really, just for the experience in being in a 100,000 seat stadium.

Did see a game in the old Texas Stadium in 2007.

What are the sightlines like in the Cowboys Stadium? I hear the Video screen is out of this world. I also understand the stadium in not quite in Dallas but rather in Arlington, is it a far distance out?

Also seeking info on any providers / Massage studios worth visiting in Dallas. I realize things are a bit more guarded down there, I also understand Texas has more strip bars than any other State, that could be good I suppose but quality outweighs quantity.

Can Extras be had in strip clubs in Dallas? Or is that risky down there?

You don't wanna mess with Texas.

Saw the Thanksgiving day game there 5 years ago. Didn't appear to have a bad seat in the house. You can do a tour when there are no events occurring. Arlington is a half hour drive from Dallas. Traffic is nuts there though. I'd suggest going to the 6th Floor Museum if you are a history buff. Parking costs are pretty outrageous at Cowboy games as well

This is coming from a guy that loves strip clubs but I tend to stay away from the American ones whenever I travel there. Just insane rip offs compared to Ontario/Quebec "joints".

If you have a car I'd suggest catching some sports here

Unbelievable sports bar...especially for the shallow/superficial male

AT&T Stadium (Cowboys) has a capacity of about 80,000 for football games. If you want to be in a 100,000 seat stadium you'll have to try a NCAA game. Michigan, Ohio State, Texas (Austin), Penn State, Louisiana State, Alabama, Texas A&M all have 100,000+ seat stadia.

Here and there
Arlington is about halfway between Dallas and Fort Worth, close to the main airport and easily accessible by freeway. The stadium is very close to the Texas Rangers' ballpark. A previous poster says there are no bad seats and that's correct but if you're high up as I was, you'll find yourself watching the huge video screen as much as the live play. Certainly a worthy experience for a football fan.

I've never played around in the Lone Star state for some reason.

6th Floor museum was definitely worth visiting when I was in Dallas. I would love to check out a Cowboys game if I go back, but I got to see my Stars play so that's what mattered.
That museum is an absolute must-see -- and I really enjoyed the Stars' arena. Great architecture and one of the nicest newer buildings in the NHL...

I saw a game there a few years ago. It's a great stadium, seemingly not a bad seat in the house. What surprised me most were the luxury boxes on field level. Their sight lines would have been blocked by the players in the sidelines but I guess that's the trade off.

I also broke my hobby cherry down there but I don't know if I would partake again. I found someone off backpages. It was fun but probably not worth the risk had it turned bad.

I went to a game there 3 years ago, AMAZING stadium. I couldn't take my eyes off of two things - the huge screen and the cheerleaders. I was a bit disappointed in the tailgate though, it wasn't at the level of say KC, Pitt or Buffalo.
We stayed downtown Dallas and took a shuttle from our hotel. It was about a 30 minute drive.
We went to one strip club there the chicks were pretty hot friendly and open minded. But be careful don't order bottle service, it's a total rip off.
Quality steakhouses are plentiful if you're a carnivore like me.
And I also suggest getting to a gun range and firing off some rounds.

A big black security guard asked to check my friend's camera because he thought my friend was taking pics of the cheerleaders' asses.

I'm attending an assassination conference with excellent speakers. Everyone should see the Museum, but I'm afraid that it mostly promotes the Warren Commission version of events (which is bullshit).

I may have to miss part of the 4th quarter just to catch my flight home.

I'm going to ask my hotel for a shuttle ride but what would it cost to get a cab back to downtown Dallas (The Adolphus Hotel) before heading to the airport?

Is Arlington closer to DFW Airport then Downtown Dallas? I've got a plane to catch after the game, so I want to coordinate efficiently.

I had work colleagues who went and they commented that they weren't allowed to wander around the stadium but were restricted to certain areas (and I don't mean seating in the stands).

Honestly I can't recall but I don't think it's nearly as expensive as it is here. Maybe $25?

I wanna go to a Playoff game, I think Dallas is pretty close to securing a Home Playoff date, however I'm still skeptical about how far Dallas will go in the playoffs, I think they'll get bounced out in the first round

Is there a Strip club near AT&T Stadium ? Arlington is such a sprawling area and I won't have a car, while I'm at the Stadium I'd like to go to a club in that area, the TRE Railway back to Dallas doesn't run on Sundays and crazy as it sounds, there is little or no bus service in Arlington...
