I believe it is a permanent game.Odds aren't good but it's fun to play. Is this a limited time lotto or permanent?
Huh? They have been steady for 6/49 for at least 5 years.I believe it is a permanent game.
I read somewhere that sales for the Lotto Max and 6/49 are falling off so maybe this is there way to generate new revenue by introducing this game.

If it's completely random, what can OLG do about where the winners come from within Ontario?Nothing...unless you are suggesting a "fix"?At odds of 13.3 million to one it's just shy of the odds for 649.
The 5 numbers was great odds but then the 6th number acts as a "powerball" skyrocketing the odds.
I'll try it at least once but not make habit of it though.
A more interesting game would have been if a guaranteed winner must be chosen from all the combinations played for that draw.
You're not gonna see that anytime soon.
Scratch tickets are guaranteed but bummer is OLG sells the higher prized games all over Canada.
In the Ontario only lotteries, winning tickets seem to be sold outside of the Toronto city limits while most of the take is from sales within Toronto.
Although I still believe the most amount of money and losing tickets are sold in Toronto for scratch. It's just my imagination. Maybe OLG just picks winners from outside Toronto to showcase on their website to encourage people in these parts. If it's completely random, what can OLG do about where the winners come from within Ontario?Nothing...unless you are suggesting a "fix"?
Buy 6/49 then, they have an additional draw for a guaranteed winner of $1 mill....

I won a $1,000 on Last draw. You can win. I probably got lucky but still it was my second time playing.I played it last Monday for the first time.
Did not get one number.
It's much harder to win than it seems.
Definitely winnable but no winners so far.
A couple winners for $25K per year though and lots of encore winners.
I will not play this very often or not at all as the jackpot does not increase compared to 649 but similar odds.
649 if you don't play often, at least you can justify or are motivated to play by a climbing or high jackpot.
Great to hear. Congrats. For sure there will be a lot more winner of the smaller prizes and at least it's an opportunity to tack on encore where there are lots of winners also.I won a $1,000 on Last draw. You can win. I probably got lucky but still it was my second time playing.

To me though it's a more expensive(same price of 649 which as a bigger jackpot plus the guaranteed million) Ontario 49 with almost same odds and a bigger prize payout.
But jackpot remains fixed and can be shared like Ontario 49. This however may be played nationwide instead of just Ontario so more chance of a split winner or winners outside of Ontario.
They are from the Prairies. It was pretty fast though and sales for this are low(around 2,5 million per draw compared to 16 million for 6/49) so you can win. They don't sell much tickets and someone still won.Someone has finally won the $1000 per day.
OLG site does not tell you where from as they try not to give out too much info it seems.
The BC lottery site however says it's from Western Canada(Alberta,Manitoba and Saskatchewan).
