TER David xxx Arrested - Hired Hit Man to get Dave in Phoenix (me)
I have reported on his terrible abuse before but didn't want to have to do a story about myself!
I am a bit shaken by this but grateful to Phoenix Police that I was not killed or injured.
He is upset with me due to my reports on his abuse of women at http://www.sexwork.com/terbad.html But I have never been physically threatened before by him or anyone else. He is not even supposed to be in AZ under his current probation.
I was contacted by a Phoenix PD Major Offenders Unit officer Sunday 2/15/09 I was told he hired two hit men who were under cover cops to go after myself and at least one other person. The officer wanted to orally confirm I would sign a criminal complaint and his team will visit me in the next few days.
I called Phoenix PD to verify he was a real officer and not a prank. I have also now verified the following:

Booking Number PS12718
BUT ONLY held on $150,000 bail - that is a huge concern especially for me since I was one of his targets
The leaders of Desert Diva's had $1 million bail for providing men pleasure but David of TER for many felonies including to commit murder is at $150,000!
Charges all on charge number PF2009111881001 are:
1. Conspiracy to commit murder in the first degree
2. Conspiracy to commit aggravated assault with a deadly weapon
3 Conspiracy to commit sales of narcotics
4. Possession of a deadly weapon for illegal purposes
5. Possession of drug paraphernalia
He is already on probation for felony drugs and weapons charges in CA and was not to leave state. We are trying to be sure Calf parole officer is contacted - I am in contact with the well known LA Attorney who filed the Federal charges against him and is trying to have gals come forward with rape charges.
In the prior arrest he was caught using a weapon to force sex on a gal but she refused to press criminal charges.
My huge concern is the low bail of $150,000 (only need 10% with a bail bondsmen). Hopefully when they confirm he already is a felon in violation of probation not even suppose to leave the State of California bond might be raised.
He is "housed" at the 4th Avenue Jail

We have some other speculation on this but am only trying to report the confirmed facts.
I wonder if out of state charges can be included for the "3-strikes" penalty in California to put him away for good? I wonder if a probation violation with felony charges for a felony add to more felony's in CA.
He needs to be kept in jail for a long time. Then more civil suits may follow - perhaps a gal could wind up with the TER board?
I am making this public to show again what this person is capable of and warn about him. Yet TER remains a very popular board in the U.S. despite its owners felonies and abuse of women for years.
