it is 935/mo plus hydro which has never been more than 40-50 a month. It is actually a SUBLEASE so the person has to apply and be approved than the lease is theirs....I can help with employment letters and employers "phone number" It is quite an easy building to get into.....
The landlord will help in setting up the hydro.....it is all very simple.
If someone has a friend they can both go in on the lease as well one as the lease holder one as the tenant.... But for 1000 INCL (or split any number of ways)phone and hydro it's cheaper than paying for hotels or paying any house fees or cuts! I just got a fulltime job that is my ONLY reason for getting rid of it. It's a great place I would lve there if I did'nt own a home already.
