Barrett seen as a front-runner for Trump Supreme Court pick
So the Donald nominates one of his own appointees with 4 years or less on the appellate bench. He never was much on needing experience for new hires. Any big campaign contributors on the list?

Whaaaaaaaa ...... Melanomia, Scheevanka and Taffy-ny all declined?

Didn't Taffy-ny just say, "I am just like you. I just graduated with a law degree, from my father's university, and am looking for a job too" at the RNC convention?

Decency? I'm sure various media whores were asking questions to McConnel and everybody

Mitch is canvasing for the votes right now. I believe he may just come up short....
Mule Piss has lost two votes already.
And after Nov 3 they lose one seat.
He's gotta act fast before he's voted to obscurity himself.

GOP senators will vote entirely based upon whether or not it helps them electorally. Integrity will enter the equation.

I too have 100's of family and friends throughout the US. They are resilient so I think they will be fine either way (I hope!) but the advances and successes they achieved the past few years under Trump's presidency are extraordinary. Immeasurable.

Trump is the only one to rebuild the post-pandemic economy back to its extremely robust pre-covid status. Lowest unemployment rates for EVERY demographic plus highest wage increases in recorded history. Economy-wise, a Biden win will be a disaster the likes of which they haven't seen since the great depression.

Between Blacks and Latinos, there's 60 million+ eligible voters, unfortunately both demographics are notorious for low turnouts.

My family members (and thousands of others) campaign and work very hard within the Latino and Black communities to ensure that they vote. They are the two groups that could make or break the election results and ensure Trump another term.

Only 100's of family and friends throughout Tardsylvannia?

I have billions upon billions, think Trump alternate reality inauguration crowd size, of family and friends throughout America and when I showed them your post they all laughed, once again think about watching Trump's alternate reality covid press conferences.

THE 2020 DEMOCRATS SHOULD LISTEN TO THE 2016 DEMOCRATS.

Why?

2020 Mule PIss and 2020 Liesndy Graham told their 2016 "On no, Mrs. Cleaver, we would never renege on our promise" selves to go f*ck themselves.

Where do you see that?

Murkowski seems fairly solidly no, although she's still hedging some,

Collins has made it clear she will vote with Mitch or abstain to not get in his way.
(Her statement went out of its way to say "we shouldn't do this" not "I won't support it")

Collins is down by 5% and said this yesterday.

McConnell is up about 10% over McGrath, though, looks like his seat may be safe for now.

Exactly.

"Given the proximity of the presidential election, however, I do not believe that the Senate should vote on the nominee prior to the election," the Maine senator said in a Saturday statement.
"In fairness to the American people, who will either be re-electing the President or selecting a new one, the decision on a lifetime appointment to the Supreme Court should be made by the President who is elected on November 3rd," said Collins.

She has said exactly nothing. Once Mitch calls for the vote she says "I said they shouldn't do it but since it has happened it would be irresponsible for me not to vote to confirm such a qualified judge" or she tries to hedge longer and pulls the Tulsi-esque abstention or "present". She claims it is a moral choice because there should be no vote but what it does is make it so that Mitch needs one less vote since now it is 99 instead of a 100.

I think we can safely assume she's on board with this happening.

More likely she'll say whatever she thinks will get her elected which is why she's waiting.

You have far too much faith in her.
She doesn't vote against the Republicans. Once in a blue moon at best.

You can believe she might in this case, that's fine.
But don't say she has come out against it or is a lost vote because she very carefully didn't say that.
