Nah, I beat you all......I press 420 every day (incline, flat decline, doesnt matter) and feel great afterwards. Rarely with reps though!

I am able to do 538lbs on the decline leg press in reps. I know you asked about bench but I am pretty darn proud of my achievement.
That's awesome, nice work. No doubt followed by heavy sets on the abductor machine.

I used to full range bench all the time as part of my powerlifting program but shoulder surgery put an abrupt end to that. I was benching low 400's at age 33 and relying solely on proper diet and a few over the counter supplements. After surgery and tons of info I've read, I'd have never touched a barbell bench press in my life had I know the damage it was doing.

Agreed. Sometimes your muscles say GO GO GO. Then your joints say, "You do that again and you will be severely punished."

3 sets of 265 x8 reps with one minute rest between sets. i tip the scale around 175lb. never tried to see what max single rep i could bench as i never saw the point. guys who take 5 minutes between sets don't count...
