Thanks, these days I do 30 lb dumbells 4 sets of 15 reps. Then I have a protein shake and smoke a dube.My hats off to you, thats some strength:thumb:
That's awesome, nice work. No doubt followed by heavy sets on the abductor machine.I am able to do 538lbs on the decline leg press in reps. I know you asked about bench but I am pretty darn proud of my achievement.
+1I used to full range bench all the time as part of my powerlifting program but shoulder surgery put an abrupt end to that. I was benching low 400's at age 33 and relying solely on proper diet and a few over the counter supplements. After surgery and tons of info I've read, I'd have never touched a barbell bench press in my life had I know the damage it was doing.
