That's a perfectly true statement.
The study doesn't compare unvaccinated vs vaccinated men (either who got COVID or didn't).
It also didn't claim that it did.
That person misunderstands what the study is claiming.

You shouldn’t need to be a PhD or MD to understand that catching a virus through your mucous membrane, and your body subsequently fighting it off, and clearing it from the body, is a completely different mechanism than injecting instructions to any cell to create spike proteins indefinitely.
