Let's analyze it like this, JC.
1. How many years does it take from arriving at the Border as a refugee claimant to getting US citizenship and being able to vote? 5 years? 10 years?
2. What % of Latinos from Central America consistently vote Dem?
3. What is the % certainty that THESE Centroamericanos will vote Dem in 10 years time?
4. How many refugee claimants are arriving at the Border per month as a % of the 320 million existing American citizens?
5. What % of Centroamericano refugee claimants will actually succeed with their claims and become American citizens?
Fucker's argument is so speculative and remote as to be clearly spurious and just shit-raking.
The Latino vote is less consistently Dem than the Black vote and is swinging GOP in parts. The REAL determinant in who votes Dem (as opposed to GOP) is education level and urbanization. Highly educated people of whatever colour vote Dem and especially so if they dwell in an urban centre larger than 1M. So what Fucker should actually complain about is folks going on to post secondary education and moving from Yokel-ass, AB to Dallas or Phoenix or Charlotte.

You're seriously drawing a parallel to Boss Tweed and Tammany Hall in NYC - which everyone would admit was grossly corrupt - and the current situation?
For one thing, there was no immigration law back then. If he got past quarantine on Ellis Island, an immigrant could vote. So Boss Tweed could immediately conscript him into his political machine, which also involved kickbacks, fake job contracts, grifts and payoffs as well as votes. Not the situation currently.
