I also have dreams and wishes, but we live in reality...
the whole fucking country is delegitimized and compromised...you are going to grasp at mail-in ballots?
LOL. When in doubt always quote Uncle June.

When someone uses plain unambiguous language that does not require looking into his mind it should be obvious. What was ambiguous about the words he used?
You're being tedious. I've already explained this. The reporter used a phrase. Trump did not use the same phrase in response, nor did he provide a simple yes/no answer. To understand what he was saying you need to look at the entirety of his remarks, and you have consider the reasonable interpretation he would have applied to the question. I've already said all this.

I don't know how you guys ever really discuss anything contentious. All you do is play a game of assigning the interpretation you want to whatever Trump says. It's not that clever, and it's not convincing at all.

Get him saying that the police or the military will have to remove him from office, or even that he plans to remain in the office after the expiry of his term, pending lawsuits, if Biden were to appear to win after the results are tabulated. THEN, you'd have something to talk about. Right now, you got squat. I'm 100% sure that Trump will not try to stage some form of coup if he loses. And so are you.

I am being tedious and you are being disingenuous.

I'm being completely genuine in stating my belief that Trump will not stage a coup. Do you believe otherwise? Or are you just playing games with his words?

If your entire point is that he's a sloppy communicator, it's a rather trivial one, and one hardly anyone would bother to dispute.

On Thursday, Mr Trump again cast doubt on the integrity of the election, saying he was not sure it could be "honest" because, he claimed, postal ballots are "a whole big scam".

You may be omniscient. I am not. You can speculate all you like about what he meant or why he said something but that does not change the fact that its just that. Speculation. To paraphrase I think Maya Angelou "when someone says something believe it".
Well, we all know what he didn't say, nor either what he thinks, feels and believes:

TUESDAY, JANUARY 20, 1981

Senator Hatfield, Mr. Chief Justice, Mr. President, Vice President Bush, Vice President Mondale, Senator Baker, Speaker O'Neill, Reverend Moomaw, and my fellow citizens: To a few of us here today, this is a solemn and most momentous occasion; and yet, in the history of our Nation, it is a commonplace occurrence. The orderly transfer of authority as called for in the Constitution routinely takes place as it has for almost two centuries and few of us stop to think how unique we really are. In the eyes of many in the world, this every-4-year ceremony we accept as normal is nothing less than a miracle.

Mr. President, I want our fellow citizens to know how much you did to carry on this tradition. By your gracious cooperation in the transition process, you have shown a watching world that we are a united people pledged to maintaining a political system which guarantees individual liberty to a greater degree than any other, and I thank you and your people for all your help in maintaining the continuity which is the bulwark of our Republic.

When someone isn't a great communicator (and I think that's the rule, rather than the exception), rather than just throwing my hands up into the air in frustration, or picking the interpretation most adverse to them in order to teach them some absurd lesson, I look for context.
...
And you are one of the few remaining who don't realize Trump's only context is his own ego.

And Killary Clinton.

Do you agree with Hillary telling BIden to NOT concede???

Is it ok to throw a temper tantrum when you lose an election like the Dumocrats have for the last 4 years??
On the night. Wait out the votes she said. She did not claim they are fraudulent based on no evidence.

Trump is and has been behind in the polls for some time, so he is sowing dissent and claiming that the voting is fixed, so he can steal the election and hold power even if he loses. So sad that the US has fallen to corrupt 3rd world dictatorship status, all thanks to the insane orange turd.... covfefe!

Always believe the autocrat. Trump is an autocrat. In fact he resembles Mussolini, and using hook and crook to take an election is what Mussolini did. If it is, it will end like Mussolini.

If deranged means quoting his statements in their entirety, and citing his business record accurately, then i suppose there are deranged people here.

You do know that that cannot happen. Well obviously you do not. As often as he has tried to show that mail in ballots will lead to abuse' etc he has failed. I know now you are going to quote Hannity or some already discredited study. The chosen one is counting on that stupidity and gullibility of his followers. He can count on you.
It happens every election. https://www.latimes.com/nation/la-na-nc-election-fraud-charge-20190227-story.html

Seriously dude, get educated.
