1/ You should have to pass an IQ test to be permitted to access the internet (if you don't get it - well you don't get it)
2/ You have to pass three tests to do something as stupid as drive a car - yet anyone cam breed and mold young minds - OUCH!
3/ Politicians should have to be able to at least recite the Alphabet without using thier fingers and toes.
