Or Supreme Court may say okay they have the right to become citizens when they turn 18 but until then they are not. I think that’s the law in the Netherlands

Considering birthright citizenship is part of the constitution, he cannot use an executive order to override it. I don't think an act of congress could change it, nor the Supreme Court. As @mandrill pointed out, this is something he'll blather about but effectively do nothing. Just like repealing the ACA. He still only has "concepts of a plan," despite him having like seven years to figure something out...

What's your view of "subject to the jurisdiction thereof"? Isn't that intended to disqualify at least some children born in the US from being deemed citizens?
