Wonder where Council will pull the budget for maintaining their new campground on Nathan Philip Square? They're certainly not spending any of that big police budget there!
It means more aluminum poles in the hands of cops to ensure they break more legs that explode and shatter right through black flesh and skin.

The poll you are referring to did not include all cities for starters. Toronto was the only Canadian city included.
