Sexual assault is hilarious???? Really????

Rape/Sexual assault will teach women not to wear short skirts too. 🙄
This is certainly not even close to being on the same level of a "woman wearing a short skirt is just asking for it" . This is like going to a glory hole and not knowing who could be on the other end. There can be no trust without verification. This teachable moment is on the same level as hobbiests not doing their homework on SPs they find on Leolist and being robbed or extorted. Wilful ignorance for sexual gratification is a really unhealthy way to live.

It's a gloryhole. Could be a man, a woman, a domesticated animal, a jar of peanut butter, or a guillotine for the penis. Everything in life has consequences. Even a woman wearing a short skirt.
I agree. How disparate are you for a BJ to stick your dick into hole without knowing what was on the other side. And how pissed off are you to push the case through to open court ?

" Ontario Court Justice Cathy Mocha convicted the 33-year-old of two counts of sexual assault, given that the victims had been misled about the identity of their sexual partner. "

I'm curious about the term 'identity' - is just sex orientation or could it extend to common dating questions like 'are you single ?', 'are you Christian?', 'are you a virgin?', 'are you circumcised?', etc.

No that’s not how it works. This one was a deception regarding identity. And I’m still not sure it’s a legally sound decision
The there is lots of established case law. The judge was correct in her findings. The typical example is people claiming they tested STD free and then have unprotected sex and infect their partner. Guys lying that they put a condom on or poke holes in condoms. Any act/ or omission that takes away a person's right of consent is an offence.

I blame the dudes for being dumbasses. Who would stick their best friend in a hole not knowing what is on the other side? It could be a rottweiler who hasn't eaten all day and sees a hotdog dangling in front of it.

Claiming to be Jewish when arab...this line is tough. What if a bloke claims he's rich? Single? Has a phd? These are qualitatively different than knowing they have an std, or poking holes in condoms as that risks health.
Not sure where the line is.

IDENTITY is where the line is.

Identity clearly is at play when you ended up fucking a different person than you expected. Let say someone has a twin and there was a clandestine switch.

but this one I am not so sure about.

We are filthy fuckers and have some of the most twisted sex perversions. See fet life as an example.

Desperate is one possibility. Thrill seeker is another. And there's others.

Maybe that person did feel violated and if that person consented to sex with a female and we knew what the sex laws around consent what's the problem?

Identity is a whole argument for the process.

Lol... What about the guy who divorced his wife and won. Apparently she had a ton of plastic surgery and looked completely different when he met her. They had a kid and apparently the kid was ugly, that made him suspicious.

I once almost got blown by a lady boy when I was very drunk and vulnerable. Can't really say I felt violated though.

Never lie, and you never have to worry about the line.

If a guy sticks his cock through a glory hole to get anonymous sexual satisfaction then it is more than a leap of faith, legal arguments notwithstanding. This sounds more like a civil case.

I used to post casual encounter ads on Craigslist and I'd get the occasional, "I know it's not what you're looking for but if you're open to it ..." response from predatory gays.

I'd always just ignore and delete the message. But, it did get to the point where I started putting disclaimers in my ads about how any responses from men would be ignored and deleted.

The funny thing about this and the guy who was arrested is that most gay men can't stand predatories.

Why do you think you are in business? Why does your industry exists?

It's so men don't have to resort to this type of dumbass behavior.
I’ll take it.

Saving one sexual assault from happening at a time. I’m like a superhero!
