If you are not sure why, look at some of the news reports from 6Jan21 or body cam footage or the news last week of the 3 officers who testified to congress.... oh yeah, same guys who were mocked by Fox News for their testimony.

Somebody said, at the time, if that mob were attacking Buckingham Palace, they would have been shot dead. I don't know about that seeing as some guy snuck into the Queen's bedroom and was trying to bum smokes off her, and was quietly led away.
Just seems to me that there's a "what's wrong with this picture?" element to Trump's insurrection. I want to see a replay with the Capitol Police facing the rioters with a couple of hundred 50 cal. machine guns. To sort of stop them in their tracks.

Every year there are around 200 police officers that take their own lives. Its an extremely tough job, made worse by many on the left who think all cops are racist corrupt pigs. My condolences go out to the families of these officers.

If you can't see how deliberately staged those testimonies were than you severely lack critical thinking skills.

well, I do have critical thinking
yes they were picked to speak for various reasons, as you cant have every officer who was there testify at this point
many other could have said similar things
most officers there that day, had never been trained for what they experienced that day, that was well thought out & planned by many behind the scenes & those that were there.
I could care less which party was or is in power the day of or the year after. It was a staged event to rally the MAGA TT's into a frenzy & send them off.

I think a full evaluation of everybody in security and law enforcement that was present that day is warranted now if it hasn't been done already.

We can never underestimate the stress that certain events can cause on individuals.
