The New Cleveland Browns!

So I had a bit of time on my hands tonight and decided to try and make a new Cleveland Browns team, made up entirely of people with the surname Brown, here's how I did:

Offence:
QB- Travis (Indianapolis)
P- Josh (Seattle) *Originally a K, but converted for this team
K- Kris (Houston)
C- We have to draft him, cause there is not currently one in the NFL
G- Milford (Houston)
G- Ruben (Chicago)
OT- Orlando (Baltimore)
OT- We have to draft him, cause there is only one in the NFL
WR- Tim (Tampa Bay) (We are going with a 3 WR Offence)
WR- Troy (New England)
WR- Antonio (Washington)
RB- Dante (Buffalo)
FB- Chris (Tennesee) *Originally a RB, but converted for this team

Defence:
CB- Sheldon (Philadelphia)
CB- Fakhir (New Orleans)
SS- Eric (Houston)
FS- Mike (Chicago)
OLB- Cornell (Baltimore)
MLB- Mark (New York Jets) *Originally an OLB, but converted for this team
OLB- Chad (Seattle)
DE- Courtney (Cleveland)
DE- Alex (Chicago)
DT- Tony (San Francisco)
DT- LaWaylon (Minnesota)

Reserve Player:
CB- Ralph (Minnesota) (for those 3 WR sets)

Also when we draft our Center and second Offensive Tackle, we will need to get a Tight End as we don't have one!

So, yes, I think I should e-mail this to the Browns and see what they think! It would make it easy to get uniforms, with everyone with the same last name!

Maybe my all Brown, Browns team would be a bad idea:

Commentator: And Brown snaps the ball to Brown, who fakes a hand off to Brown then throws it to Brown over on the left side. Ohh!!! Did you see Brown tackle (insert player name here) And Brown takes a penalty.

But perhaps they could become the first team to use first names on their jerseys:

And Jim snaps the ball to Travis, who fakes a hand off to Dante the throws it to Troy over on the left side. Ohh!!! Did you see Orlando tackle (insert player name here) And Orlando takes a penalty.

What do y'all think?!?!

Don't dis the poor Browns! The last thing we need is football wars cause we can't fight about hockey this season *chuckles*!

It'll take a couple more years and the team will be right back into the thick of the championship race. Count on it. Randy Lerner, heir to the Al Lerner of MBNA ownership, will bring the team back. He's a member of the wealthiest family in OH.

No rhyme or reason, but I like tradition. Hope to see them put together a respectable team, or contender, too. Kudos to your fine city as well.

I had no idea my fair city was erased off the map.

We DO have the Cavs and the Chosen One [ LeBron ].
But, the Cavs are hopefully one season away from challenging
for the title.

I've been a Browns fan and season ticket holder for decades [and I don't mean 2]
Hopefully the Browns can pull a San Diego Charges turn around.
But, I've always been an optimist.

Lebron hasn't arrivied in the NBA yet. Just like the MLB and bobblehead dolls. You don't arrive in the NBA until your first felony arrest.
