Sanders campaign does seem to have had an app. Every campaign took their own record of the votes. (Warren released theirs publically and with little fanfare early to help with verifying and cross checking the recount.). The story that because Sanders team had an app is the only reason the conspiracy was caught doesn't seem to have much backing. One of the obvious tells is that when Sanders team released their data to show Sanders was in front it was from only 40% of the precincts. If they had all the data and were obviously the winners they would have released all the data.
As it stands now, Buttigieg comes out stronger than the raw numbers because of the way delegates are broken out over districts.

Looks like Buttigieg will get 14, Sanders 12, Warren 8, Biden 6, Klobuchar 1.
With 97% in, those numbers don't look likely to change. (there may be a couple of places where if the votes are concentrated enough, Sanders could steal 1 delegate back from Buttigieg).
Sanders should win easily, especially with the GOP caucus cancelled, freeing up independents.
