Terrorist attack in Yunnan, China

Twenty-seven people have been murdered and 109 injured in knife attack at the Kunming railway station in Yunnan Province, China. It is being described as a terrorist attack but there has been no information as to what group was involved.

I spent most of an evening there. It is a real big railway station.

Apparently, the culprits are Uighurs. If this had happened in the U.S. we would blame the neutered NSA for an "intelligence failure".
