Found that report interesting and depressing at the same time. There was another about the golden gate bridge and other top places where people go to commit suicide. I have had some really low times but still am fascinated by how people get so down that they decide to end it and actually go through with it.

Have to give it to suicide prevention workers - can't be easy but also has to be rewarding at times.

Saw that, it was called "The Bridge". Very sad.

Some of the unseen elements of Japan reveal a uniquely sick, xenophobic morbid society with prodigal manufacturing acumen and technical skills.

I can see how easy it is to get lost in that forest. If you don't have a compass or mark your way with tape, you could get into trouble, the deeper in you go.

Hey Tesla, Azusa is a suicide guard, but probably an environmentalist too.

BTW, is this you Tesla?

Japan has a drastically shrinking population, diminished desire for the young japanese to reproduce there. The suicide forest is a sign of a greater Japanese national suicide through self attrition.
