I think that he exceeded expectations in this State of the Union Speech.

And, it appears Biden out maneuvered the GOP on this, getting them to agree that cuts to both of these programs were off the table for the debt ceiling negotiations. Masterful.
So, the radical right-wing media can play up all the shit they want, Biden got a real result last night that will be difficult for the GOP to weasel out of, though I'm sure they're going to try.
