Doesn't say what state he was convicted in. Weed's legal in CA now and decriminalized in NY. Doesn't seem like the guy's much of a threat to society...
Well...This pardon seems reasonable to me. And Trump has been receptive to pardons on this issue previously as long as they were sponsored by someone high profile like Kanye West and Kim Kardashian.
