that makes NO sense Hamas gets arms from Iran they don't need help getting them nor do they lack small arms
Solomon and Teeter met with a confidential human source (“CHS”), whom the defendants believed to be a member of Hamas.

Sounds like bois were not the sharpest knives in the drawer :) Or maybe elite democratic paedophiles and costal millionaires set the honest patriots up!

its NOT a group it was a set up. Sting operation.
It was the classic "Mr Big" undercover operation.

Get a couple of dumb creeps. Tell them that you're the head of the mafiya / cosa nostra / IRA / Hamas. Get said dumb creeps to attempt to commit crimes. And bingo!

what you described is almost entrapment :) they are supposed to be criminals already, not just creeps. That reminded me of an insane story of DeLorean (owner of a company who created a car that's in the "Back in the Future").

I'm wondering about that as well.

I checked the article to see if they had a track record of doing this shit previously or were offering their services around. That might take it out of entrapment. But I didn't see anything. Oh well, we'll see.

This case wasn't necessary to establish boogaloo stupidity. With court time so tight right now though, what would be wrong with sending them to Israel for trial?...

I would have to defer to our ROFLMFAO resident who is a specialist in both Israel and in American conservatives.
