They didn't try to join NATO until Russia invaded. Now more are trying to join who used to be neutral. Russia has given new life to a defensive alliance that was drifting into irrelevance 13 months ago. Ukraine is hurt but will now be guaranteed protection at Russia's expense. So not even a victory for Rissia then, but a costly self own that may eventually see Putin in a noose. The US is loving the show.
Not true. NATO put out a statement in 2008 welcoming both Georgia and Ukraine and Ukraine had expressed interest to join NATO. The fact that some EU nations are joining does not make a difference for Russia. If Russia had attacked Finland, even if Finland was not a member of NATO, NATO would have directly stepped in just because it was Finland (privilege I guess). So Russia would never attack Finland one way or another.
The war will end with negotiated peace. Ukraine will never be a member of NATO but they will end up as a puppet state of the west (which they already are) and end up poor and destitute.
You keep making this statement but supply proof or are we supposed to just take your word for it based on your opinion and Russian rainbows and cotton candy? Or perhaps you have a hotline for Putin and he's shared this tidbit with you? Show us where Nato would jump in with boots on the ground and in direct combat with Russia if Putin had chosen Finland over Ukraine while Finland is a non nato country.

If they work with the west the will have a much better quality of life and that is what everyone aspires too. A better quality of life. Freedom and choices, not a dictator and an oppressor.

Many other countries of the world however value their actual freedom where they dont sell out their institutions to foreign corporations. But not Zelensky though. Did you watch the videos? You are asking me to prove this was said, when there are examples right there in the video! And no, I am not from India. I just travel there a lot for work, and work with a lot of Indians and I happen to like this particular journalist from India whose video I posted.
But yes I do have a hatred of NATO and all things that come under the umbrella of "western foreign policy", because they are so obviously biased, aggressive, hypocritical, imperialist, exploitative, racist and create half the problems in the world. Not to mention the countless lives they have destroyed in the name of bringing democracy or bringing freedom and prosperity and all that nonsense. Ukraine is a great example of this.
I dont know whether NATO will go boots on the ground if Finland were attacked, but I would bet my money on it that they will.

What I have stated is that NATO expansion was the primary reason for war. And that Ukraine is a puppet state of the west doing the wests bidding. The west is therefore fighting a proxy war in Ukraine and spending billions in tax payer money. Can that be summarized into - "Ukraine was mean to Putin so Putin got mad and invaded?". This is your childish interpretation, not mine.
