Anyone see her? Havent been able to find any reviews. Quoted $200hh
I reached out to her in December. Got quoted 500 then she haggled down to 300. Now she's offering 200. So I think she's realizing she can't charge Toronto prices out in Durham. I've also avoided due to the expansive menu.
Which is honestly something that a lot of the indie girls lack - business sense. It's good business practice to first get a landscape of what services/products your competitors are offering and for what price then to offer a better service at either the same price or even slightly cheaper than your competitors to draw in customers then slowly increase your price to what it was originally planned to be because once people know your service/product is the best out there for them, they'll pay it (or at least most will).
This is something all of our wonderful ladies have done. They've figured out the sweet spot of price+service and locked it in where it's comfortable for their work-life balance.

It's a red flag that you'll get far more then you wanted at the time of purchasing their time and service.
No restrictions are red flags for protection, risk of secondary issues like someone else involved, a bunch of stuff. Avoid.
