Question for the girls....

I was curious about BBBJ's and the risks. All of my years growing up I never heard a definitive answer and I've even googled it a couple of times but don't see much on this either. Some say you can't get something like aids from swallowing because your stomach breaks it down.

From actually looking around on line I've seen different things. I figured I would do a quick post to get some "anecdotal evidence" responses regarding something like this. What can you get from Swallowing?

I know a popular service is CIMWS and many choose to do BBBJ or CBJ .... must be some reasons why and, if you have a quick moment, or any experiences please let me know.

Has anyone gotten anything, had a friend catch something in the past? Feel free to pm me as well and very sorry if this seems like the STUPIDEST Question. ... Really mixed information on line which seems weird so I just thought I would ask...

Hi Bigboobfan................If you want to play safe and not worry about a BBBJ......................then wip out a condom & slide it over your "little head' then all your worries will be over! That is the best advice you can get if you like to play in the hobby

Hey, thanks for the reply. I wasn't actually concerned with regards to myself (I've been hobbying for a long time and have many many reviews on here) ... This was just a random though that popped into my head (can someone get any thing from providing a bbbj cimws) ?

I did a google check but saw some say yes and some say no. Didn't know if those sites were being overly cautious by saying you could so I thought I would throw up a quick question to see if anyone (I guess the girls) had any insight.

No wonder you're hearing different things, you're asking different questions in the same breath.

Can you catch something from BBBJ? Yes. Herpes, gonorrhea, chlamydia, and oral HPV (although the last is even more unlikely) can all live in the oral tract.

Can you catch AIDS from swallowing? There are no cases I'm aware of, but it's theoretically possible. Pre-ejaculate that tests positive in combination with any kind of tears in the providers' mouth/oral tract is always a risk, and ejaculate itself even more so. Swallowing is increasing the surface area that cum comes in contact with, so that's an additional risk I guess? I've heard it the other way around too; that passing through the gums twice increases risk. I'd venture the reason for refusing is not safety-related. There is (was?) a public health nurse who posts (posted?) on PERB to answer questions exactly like this, but with no cases it's hard to say definitively.

Thing is, it's all rare. As in, extremely rare. I've never heard of it except anecdotes online.

It's important to remind everyone that no sex is 100% safe except abstinence - HPV/HSV can be transmitted even when you're using a condom (also, I've only ever heard of it online). We're consenting adults who are mutually agreeing to take certain (very limited, well controlled) risks. It's way, way worse for an SP to contract something than the average citizen, and most are very on top of their sexual health.

Thanks Hiding, yes, I was asking different questions I suppose. The main thing I was wondering was about the HIV. Thanks for the answer'ish. ... That info is basically all I've heard. People saying it's safe but it's not safe. other info like your stomach fluids would break down the HIV, etc.

I figured this board would be a good place to get some anecdotal responses since the on-line info isn't very conclusive - But other than yourself no one's really chimed in.
