Not only would I have challenged the eviction I would have lawyered up for falling through the floor due to landlord neglecting maintenance of the property. Man these folks are dumb.
They are not dumb they just don't have the money to fight for their rights. No experience I'm having people in their group that know the law. I suspect many people here have lawyer friends And family. This group does not.
