Who are some of the hidden gems at Pigale's that I should keep an eye out for? Maybe some that aren't around all the time or are hard to snag because someone's already taken them to the VIP for a few hours.

Only 2 girls, one a blondie chatting up a patron at the bar, the other a pale skin spinner (Monica). About 4 patrons in total including yours sincerely (the other 2 patrons were playing the machines). Had a couple of dances with Monica in the CR, she was great, very friendly, very sensual and flirtatious mood, I had fun with her (btw, I am aware of her reputation here but hey no shenanigans with me, I counted the songs loudly, the only snag was she started in the middle of a song but I let it slide).
Looks like weekdays in the evenings are hit and miss. I did not stay long (less than 35 minutes)i

Ya I asked about why people say she's a thief and never got an answer. For me she miscounted a song so from now on I'll count loudly after each.

Not on Monday I'll tell you that. Was there yesterday for a while after 10pm. There were 6 dancers mostly all just sitting around. 2 chatting up the bouncers for an hour. It was roughly 20+ minutes between stage shows so it was pretty boring and we left. It's a shame the girls don't try to dance on stage more if they aren't working the crowd. It's a vicious circle.. No dancers want to work off nights because there are less customers. There is no one dancing on stage so people get bored and leave. I'm sure last night some of the other groups who came and went would have stayed if there was dancing on stage. Instead the girls sat on their phones in the corner. So the bar loses out on booze sales and the girls lose out on potential dances later in the night. We would have stayed had there been stripping at the strip club.
I recently visited Pigs after a long time. Yes some girls were gorgeous but they also seemed so cold and full of themselves there....it's really changed, it was way more friendly before. So I went over to 77 and the girls there are more down to earth mostly, a friendier place. They may not all be perfect models but they are not snobs. But maybe it was just a bad night at Pigs I don't know.
No you summed it up perfectly. That’s what pigales is now. Very few dancers even care to approach men who aren’t their regulars so they mostly sit by themselves or with a group of guys they know their entire shift.
Unless you are the only guy around with 7 dancers, suddently, you are The Italian Stallion. I know, I am daydreaming. But, won't that be refreshing for a change?

That should tell you something,lol.
That's usually a pretty good tell for me. Another good one is observation when a dude comes up. Now its not fool proof but these are good indicators.
1. Dude bolts immediately to the men's room.
2. Dude immediately leaves.
Now none of these things on their own are indicators of a good dancer. But if I see them,, more often than not I have a pretty good time in the CR.
