Is the Barefax gone for good? I never heard anything after the building went up for sale. With Barbarella's already gone that would leave downtown empty if so. I'd have to see if the Playmate is worth my time.
I love how the reopening regulations for strip clubs read:
"Performers at the establishment must maintain a physical distance of at least two metres from patrons."
but also,
"The physical distancing described in subsections 3 (1) and 3.1 (4) of Schedule 1 is not required when patrons are seated together at a table in the establishment."
So, can I assume that a private dance is the same as sitting at a table together?
And the ones for sex clubs are just too funny:
"(4) Patrons of the establishment must wear a mask or face covering in a manner that covers their mouth, nose and chin during any period in which they come within two metres of another person, except,
(a) when masks or face coverings cannot be worn while participating in the activities for which patrons normally frequent such an establishment"
Yes, I do believe that there are activities for which patrons normally frequent sex clubs where masks or face coverings cannot be worn.

Daytime Ottawa = much more restrictive
nighttime I have no idea.
