They have. But LA does get cooler in the winter than Miami does. I think doing the winter classic in either of those venues is silly. You want a winter classic to have cold and snow. Can you believe that in 17 years of doing this its never been hosted by a Canadian city? And only Canadian based team participants have been Toronto and Montreal.
