I don't care what colour your skin is,what religion you practice.or don't,or what your sexual orientation is.
But I do have the right to think for myself and believe in what I want and I don't need somebody ramming their beliefs down my throat.

Well, LGBT fought for equality - now they have equality. In fact, minorities now have more right than majorities, e.g., recent Oscars rules specified the minimum percentage of minority actors in film, but not the maximum percentage, which, given that all percentages add up to 100%, means that the majorities now have upper limits on representation but not a low limit. My point: if you want equality - you can have it. But do not try to be "more equal then everybody else". If it is OK to promote LGBT on public roads, it should be equally OK to say "God is against abortions" or "Marriage is a union of men and women".

There is a relevant joke about it: Why it is OK for a vegetarian who comes to a non-vegetarian party to bring his own vegetarian meal but not OK for a meat eater who comes to vegetarian party to bring his own cheeseburger? Or a more general question: why meat-eaters are expected to accommodate vegetarian quests while vegetarian hosts rarely prepare meats for his guests?
Not to unfairly parse your reply above but if I may select the core thought process ... " Well, LGBT fought for equality - now they have equality. .... But do not try to be "more equal then everybody else". The short form is - I won't arrest you but you must stay in the closet where I can't see you.

Why do you feel threatened by a rainbow crosswalk ? Who gives a shit ? You can't catch gay by crossing a rainbow crosswalk so why the paranoia ? If you are uncomfortable, there is something deep happening in you. If homophobes are uncomfortable with the fact LGBT are out there and they are afraid of rainbow images, maybe they should start painting lamp posts as rainbows. Do what ever it takes to make LGBT the ho-hum social item it should be.

No idea the vegetarian reference - they come to my parties (when I could host them) and I provide for them. I don't drag the carcass of a dead animal to their parties and yet I eat well. I also wouldn't drag a dead pigs to a Jewish residence so if I guess I'm not buried in a fixed macho red meat lifestyle that requires constant protection.

I view minorities as welcomed variety to the boring majority of which I am a part. I like the variety and scratch my head at those in the majority that fear it.

Do people like you sit around all day coming up with ways to dissuade any forms of non whiteness and non- heterosexuality?

Like is there a group meeting you all have or something?

I’m seriously curious, why do you have a problem with the LGTB rainbow and BLM? What have they personally done to you to have harmed you so much to have this type of hate for both groups?
Dittiots who listen to Hannity, for the most part....

Every day on TERB, Phil. You and your 8 or 10 buddies parading around and around and around and around holding up your little "Look at Me" placards.
You know whats funny mandriller, is when you Lefties (and especially LGBQT people) constantly ask society for acceptance, validation and tolerance, you are really asking us right-wingers for that. Its like you wanna join our club or something.

Its both funny and awkward at the same time

Should we also replace the white flashing man at traffic lights, to a rainbow-coloured, gender neutral person?

Well, if he's flashing, shouldn't he be arrested for indecent exposure?

Keep in mind that denying others the ability to display their beliefs is ramming your beliefs down their throats.

Are you trolling or honestly do not understand why many people are against BLM or gay movement? Because most people like freedom and against "movements". I do not care if a person is gay or straight. But I do not like anyone making his sexual orientation (gay or straight) an issue and trying to show it to everybody. Are you gay? OK. Are you straight? OK. I do not care. You put a sign over you window or in the road that you are gay or straight? You march on the street praising God, Whites, Black, gay, straight, etc. I am totally against it as this display differentiate people on something that is not important. Live and let other to live in peace without trying to tell everyone that that you gay. I do not care. I care for you shutting up about your sexual orientation or skin colour. All people are created equal, all people have equal right, no, shut up and let people live their life in peace. This is my point of view.

I'm just curious, would you be okay with a far right-wing group having their own Nazi crosswalk as well??
I mean, you seem to suggest people should be free to express themselves, so then Nazi's in your opinion should be able to do that also, no??

EDIT: and before you twist my words around, I have no desire for a Nazi crosswalk myself. And no, I'm not affiliated with Nazi's either

And why do you feel the need to clarify that????

When you answer that, you will have answered your own ridiculous question.

Sorry. Couldn’t resist that one. It was too easy.

Actually, I truly believe in freedom and if a person wants to put a rainbow flag or a swastika on his own house - he has the right top do so. Both would be idiots in my opinion, but it is their right. But neither swastika no rainbow no any other non-government signs should be put on government property or public areas. In fact, if we will not allow to put swastika on private property, then we did not truly won that war.

Phil, the difference is that gays are a stigmatized minority, whereas - on TERB at least - neo Nazis seem pretty damn popular.

That aside, Phillip, no one has any time for a political movement from the 1930's which prescribed mass murder for Jews. Gays simply want to love other people of the same sex. If you can't perceive the difference, you probably have your own nazi crosswalk in your back yard.
