Congrats! We all knew it was going to happen. As the Plandemic withers away, reason is making a comeback. Take your vaccine, but don't impose it on others. Simple.

And not a single Canadian mainstream media outlet reported this.

The majority of our institutions in Nazi Canada are so corrupt.

Why would a Canadian outlet report on a state court decision in the US?

The same reason why they report news on countries on other continents

If they is a precedent setting legal decision in America , particularly NYC in this pandemic , then most likely the repercussions will resonate to Canada as we are under America’s shadow and influence in so many ways. America sets the pace and standards for many things in Canada, medically, legally and culturally to name a few whether we like it or not.

Seems dubious to me.
It's a state court, not even federal.
I doubt it is seriously going to have effects much beyond New York State, and that is if this decision survives appeal.

And if 13 other state court decisions at the same level actually supported the COVID vaxx requirement and this piece of shit decision was an isolated outlier.

You may be right but it is still far too early to say. A cascade of claims may ensue and US political candidates will exploit anything and everything towards making promises with the 2024 election looming.
Trump and the GOP have no love for the NYC courts and a significant antivaxxer base.

Yeah, but that guy was caught in Calgary, so there is a Canadian connection.

Right, the CBC occasionally reports on things in the states.
And often doesn't.
A bunch of your examples aren't state court cases.

There is nothing mysterious or weird about any of this.

My point in particular was, they will report about something like a limo crash that impacted the lives of 20 families, but nothing about a sizeable portion of their population being fired from work because of vaccines, mandates and the truth about the vaccines.
Trivial v. non-trivial.

News judgment is weird.
Most people don't care about court decisions in state court about COVID.
Presenting it like some kind of huge thing being hidden from the Canadian public is kind of silly.

Trivial v. non-trivial.
Except they have.
