Sure see previous post #18 or I repost the first paragraph of post#18

According to the paper published on Dec. 10, 2020 in the New England Journal of Medicine studied the safety and efficacy of Pfizer’s BNT162b2 mRNA Covid-19 vaccine. Of the 18,325 unvaccinated people, there were 162 symptomatic infections. The infection rate was 0.88 percent. Among the 18,198 vaccinated people, there were 8 infections. The infection rate was 0.04 percent. Then it concluded that “the vaccine was 95% effective in preventing Covid-19.”

The Truth About ‘95% Effectiveness’: 95 out of 100 Protected?
In terms of the vaccine’s effectiveness, news reports around the world claim that the vaccine is “95 percent effective.”
Yes, we understand, you find VE confusing as a stat.

I got lot of respect for Dr Campbell.
Yes, we understand, you are a terrible judge of credibility.

Your not even a doctor! Mostly likely you a premed student! Go back studying your MCAT! Or you won’t get in to med school! The amount of time you spend on Terb. I bet you even won’t get into med school or even pass your MCAT.

Explain this then! Smart Ass!
DO you ever use reputable sources? Just curious.
There is some validity to the science. Vaccines have resulted in slightly higher risk of temporary heart inflammation when compared to people never exposed to covid vaccines or the virus.

What the desperate deniers omit is that the risk of that inflammation is significantly higher after covid infection in unvaccinated people.

But it is far easier to blame every death on vaccinations (even when the person wasn't) than it is to actually read a scientific study.

Are these papers supposed to indicate that Pfizer hid the myocarditis risk before they were approved in Jan 2021?
Doesn't it look like they knew beforehand?

Bill Nye the "science guy"
Not sure what you’re trying to say but I enjoyed reading that column so thanks for posting it.

As for Bill Nye. I see him as an entertainer with an agenda too. Not a Scientist. But I usually learn something from everyone.

One celebrity Scientist I really do like, respect and trust is Neil deGrasse Tyson. He is knowledgeable, sensible and has worked hard to be an effective science educator. I don’t know his position on climate change but it would carry a lot of weight with me. Not so much with vaccines but I’d believe his opinion was well considered and honestly held.

The meme Star Trek GIF you posted just reminded me of someone telling me that Bill Nye wasn't a science guy, but we were told that he was. Of course he has an agenda, it seems like all entertainers do.
Neil deGrasse also telling people the jab is safe and effective and being condescending towards people who didn't it. lol
I also think of this when I hear his name. https://www.nytimes.com/2019/07/26/arts/design/neil-degrasse-tyson-keeps-job.html
