Nope, appears to be somewhat legit. There are a lot of high mileage, below the radar, home based MA iin Hull/Gatineau sectors.

One of their earlier ads had the street number.

It's in a white apartment building on rue Gatineau closer to the 50. I drove by the building and there is a small sign on the door for the spa. My spidy senses get tingly about the location and the fact that they advertise on a semi regular basis. Just food for thought.
