GTA & Thereabouts...
I'm not feeling stocks at all... I have to admit that Mutual Funds (preferably Indexed) are where I feel 'good'. I fuck around with Crypto for the risk. I want to buy more Real Estate.

I think the markets are functioning at the max pain threshold. Wanting people to sell low and buy high only to dip again and cause them to lose more money. They can see how many institutional investors are holding and what prices they bought etc. So they will try to inflict maximum damage and stay ahead of the majority. Could get worse IMO with many stocks. It’s now like trying to catch falling knives.

Well, if you are planning to buy Moderna stocks - consider it as long-term hold. Not short term.

Also, it would depend on how effective the Moderna vaccine is against the new variant. If it's effective - the stocks will go up quick.

NOTE: This is not a financial advice haha and I do not own any Moderna stocks either!

I just fill my pharm allocation from the big cap US guys.
Merck, J&J Pfizer, Abbivie. etc.
Some have started to spin off smaller units, and they sit a few hundred dollars worth of the cast off in my account for now until I decide what to do with them.
Just sit and collect the dividends in a USD RRSP account.
I went this way because I did not find a lot of real mostly stable Big Pharm stocs on offer in the Canadian exchanges.

For now Moderna is not one in my basket.

Pfizer and Moderna are still a play now that people have been tricked into taking boosters. It will continue to be a subscription service where governments will keep buying billions of vaccines with our tax money for the next couple of years. They're no brainers.

A few months ago I made some quick turnover money on Moderna calls but nothing lately. Don't like the news. I have 50 Pfizer calls expiring in January that I stupidly bought a few months ago out of the money. Today, to my surprise, Pfizer is actually moving as in 5.87% in one day. If this continues I may not take the bath I had resigned myself to. All it needs to do is go to $70.00
