I don't post intimate details but wanted to share my experience with Summer. As others have noted she is a bigger girl which works for me. Unlike the younger ones she answers the phone, was easy to book with and is in a nice part of town convenient location with street parking. Yes she talks a lot but she is a sweet person and made me feel at home. I will definitely see her again.

Went to see Summer not too long ago. Had a good time with her. Very friendly and chatty lady with a good looking face. She has a mombod but that was evident from her pics. Shower together was fun. No DFK for me and daty for only a short time. FS was available but I opted for CBJ finish. My biggest complaint ... her place was very dirty. It smelled like cigarette, and that stink carried with me after I left. Dog shit on the floor, floaty shit in the toilet ... yeah no I won't go back there again. But for $120 it was good bang for the buck.
I'm not arguing the accuracy of your report, you were there and I wasn't. Over the years I've been seeing her, I know she didn't have the cleanest place, but I've seen better and I've seen worse with other indies.
I'm just surprised and/or perplexed.
Dog shit on the floor? Her dog is a teacup chihuahua. That dog's daily crap is about the size of a cigarette butt! No excuse for floaty shit in the toilet, though.
I haven't seen her since last spring, it might be time I go out there and see for myself!

Frankly I've seen places much worse. Summers was untidy but not dirty, big difference. Yes it smells of smoke but again I've seen much worse. She is pretty, friendly and fun to be around. as for the dogshit there was none and the tiny squirrel size dogs were confined to the living room.

I saw Summer this morning for the first time. I had read both the positive and negative reviews on the board so decided to check it out for myself. Overall I had a great time and left feeling lighter and that my time/money was well spent.
The good/great:
Greek: Summer delivered on all services discussed. In particular I was looking for Greek. Very accommodating but she is not a greek freak ymmv. Very good service.
MSOG: first time in a long time I have actually managed round two. At the beginning of the session she told me we are going for round two. Okay I thought. She was successful! Great and fun.
Rates: $220 for an hour with Greek? Can’t beat that! Fantastic.
Looks: pictures are accurate. Very pretty face for a mature lady. Some are claiming bbw but I didn’t think so. Looks about how you would expect an average lady of her age to look. She met me at the door in a sexy black outfit and I was pleasantly surprised. Good
Location: some have claimed an unclean place but her place was very tidy during my session. Dogs were in the house according to her but I didn’t see or hear them. She does smoke but the smell was faint -hardly noticed.
The could be better..
Conversation: I enjoyed talking to her but she LOVES to talk. At times, in particular during the massage, sometimes I felt she needed to focus less on the conversation and more on me. Sometimes I found the conversation distracting too as I was trying to focus on other things. This is clearly her personality there is no changing that.
Phone: definitely an independent provider and struggles a bit with scheduling. As others mentioned, during the session there were a couple pauses to unfuck some potential double bookings.
Repeat for me ? Yes. Her rates are awesome. Still looking for my Greek regular though!
