I read that he was trying to get into the weed biz and as she was a convicted felon, they needed to divorce or no license.

Colon cancer...terrible. I guess she had stage 4 when it was found if she went that quickly.

Either way, the separation wasn't until near the end. They ended up marrying and the relationship was 20 years or so which I dont think anyone would have thought. I think most people felt by the time the kid turned 18 he would have wanted to date and hang with young adults his age.
