Markets... Is it time to Cash Out?

Seems like when we worry about cashing out, suddenly the stock market hits record highs.
So maybe not the time as yet? Yes or No? Unless you are an Insider Trader, no way You will ever know.

TSX closed with record high today at over 21,000.

it closes at record high more days than not. One could argue that every crash or correction that has ever happened has been right after a record high.

however, I read an article today that says supply chain issues will likely be resolved soon. That is good news.
