What about the pit bull owner who let it run around without a leash? What if the dog killled a child? I'm thinking the owner should be shot first.

The problem is that the vast majority of pit bull owners are either idiots or aggressive sickos - the last personality types that should own a dog like this. What normal person would want to own a dog like this ?

The dog was clearly playing. His tail was wagging the whole time. He nipped at his pant leg…. A dog like that could do massive damage quickly if he was truly attacking.
