So I feel like I've been involved on and off in this Hobby for 10+ years now and it just seems like the places I look for talent remain the same or change Minorly and most of the ladies at those places remain the same, - I am getting older so are the Providers - leads me to believe I need to adapt to find where the younger fresher talent is. Does Anyone know where to look, if I was looking to take some risks and try new talent, I might look at to roll the dice to find some gems.

Look outside Durham and use agencies. Discreet dolls, top drawer ladies, hot pink list. To make a few.
As mentioned before there are the agencies, and independent providers outside of Durham. If you don't wanna travel and have the dough to burn , do outcalls. I occasionally do this when busy at work .I ask the SP to pretend to be an applicant in a secretary outfit and meat me at the office . . Since gas has gone up and I only have an hour lunch break. lol.
