Looking for a SP that won't try - or even appear to try - to rip me off

Every SP I contact now either refuses to respond or demands at least 50% up front - via untraceable and unrefundable eTransfer or via gift cards. I have been ripped off enough by these scammers, and I am looking for a decent, good looking SP in the Barrie area I can build a working relationship with as a regular client.

I don't usually go to Barrie for sp. But one time - I was on way to Toronto and I saw Tina. I had a wonderful time with her.
