Hamas has said they would settle for the two state solution.
The problem is that Netanyahu and Israel have blocked that possibility and instead colonized and taken more of Palestine through illegal settlements as they destroyed the two state solution.

Along with land for the Palestinians at the same time it was given to Israel. 1947/48. The Arabs rejected it. They started a war instead.

All those reports have the wrong definition of apartheid.

If they selected a new name that includes their arbitrary criteria, it would carry more weight.

WHY ARE THEY AFRAID TO ASSIGN A NEW NAME FOR SOMETHING THAT HAS CLEAR DIFFERENCES TO WHAT HAPPENED IN S. AFRICA?

The unavoidable answer is that the word "apartheid" carries an inherent stigma of hate, prejudice and evil that you and the other Jew haters want to attach to Israel.
Using a new name would not carry that same cachet. Do you agree? That is the ONLY answer.

Besides, Israel would have to be nuts to accept a 2-state solution if 1 of the states is run by an Arab extremist groups that launches missile strikes and rape raids into Israel. The 2-state solution is currently dead.

One of the issues is the delays in inspecting the aid by Israeli authorities.
“If processing takes a long time, if trucks have to be loaded and reloaded and rejected because there was one item which was not on the list, what it is doing is it is taking time,” Husain said in a virtual conversation with US Senator Bernie Sanders.
