Kingsway Spa - Jordan

First visit to Kingsway a number of weeks ago saw Jordan and had a great time. Had an opportunity to repeat this week so booked a 40 min appointment two days in advance. Arrived 20 mins early and Jordan was booked for the time before my appointment. No big deal at all. Was offered another available attendant but declined given prior experience with Jordan. Was told Jordan knew my booking was in the calendar. While waiting a walk-in booked her for right after my booking.

Was given another room (not Jordan’s) at the booking time and told she would be 5 mins late. After getting ready and waiting for 35 mins still no Jordan. Not even enough time now for a 30 min appointment as I had another commitment and knew there was another booking for Jordan in 25 mins.

Left room to realize the voice I had heard in the hall for past half hour was Jordan. Overall not impressed at all. Was given door fee back which was appreciated . May give the spa a second chance but will avoid Jordan.

That’s definitely not acceptable. Especially because you had prebooked! You deserve an explanation.

That sucks! The owner should offer a free 1/2 hour herself. It`s all about customer service. No service......no business!

I like that suggestion . Have been trying to book with her but have not been able to make schedules line up.

I'm very sorry for the experience you had at the spa and Jordan is as well. There was some confusion at the desk with the appointment before yours and Jordan did speak with you. I know you might have thought you heard her in the hallway but Jordan is just loud. We usually stick her in the back for this reason. I know it seemed even longer since you were also early and she's very apologetic. She's offered to give you a discount off your next session if you'd like to see her again.

Thanks for the response. Yes she spoke with me when she offered to refund the door fee which as noted was appreciated. It did not seem longer—as said in original post I was 20 mins early and after 35 mins past the booking time (clock on the wall in room was helpful ;-) I got ready to leave.
