Two states have determined the majority of signatures on the rapper’s presidential petitions are invalid.

I doubt Kanye's campaign gets off the ground, but if he's on the ballot in key battleground states (Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, in particular) he's more apt to take some of the Black vote from Trump (the few Blacks who support him). The Blacks who intend to vote Biden for the most part are voting anti-Trump, and they realize Biden is the best chance for victory, not Kanye, so they won't throw their votes away.
