I highly doubt that. That's just the Democrat's scare tactics. They fear more that she would overturn a Democrat President's executive actions and rule against the overreach the unelected Federal agencies.
If ACB were to rule on abortion, it would likely be to allow States to restrain access to abortion at anytime during the pregnancy. I don't know how I feel about the State's ruling on abortion. I generally don't trust the State's on individual rights and I don't think individual rights should be subject to a hodgepodge of State laws. However, without updating my knowledge, I believe the U.S. and Canada have the most liberal regulations for obtaining an abortion. From what I understand, Western European countries have more restrictions.

I wonder if the Supreme Court or any other Federal Court has ruled on prostitution specifically. We know the Feds take sexual trafficking seriously.
Generally, I think State law has governed prostitution. Hence a state like Nevada has permitted prostitution in many counties, but not all.
Funny thing, in the 80s I was aware of some rare bordellos that existed in parts of the U.S. The local authorities always tolerated them from several decades of operations as long as they kept a low profile. As their old proprietors died off, they simply faded away much to the dismay of the local gentlemen.
