I don’t know. It’s a tough question and probably would depend on the crime involved and who the family member was I guess. If it was a child of yours, that would be especially difficult, given the natural instinct for parents to defend / protect their children at all cost.

it is a tough one. And I ask because I was watch neighbourhood wars and a mother saw her son trying to enter a woman’s home and she reported him to the police. He is currently serving 18 months in prison.
