Had a routine check up today for my breast implants

It's been 6 years now. I checked out perfectly. He said I've done a great job and even wanted to feature me on his website as an ideal results example.

One area I wanted to talk about is the spacing between, he said its because my chest is boney so that's the way they fall naturally. Only way to fix that would be to go bigger or deposit some fat grafts. (waste of money)

Also asked if I will ever have to have them replaced 10-20 years down the road and apparently they are lifetime guaranteed.

I did wait an hour past my appointment time, but he was just as charming as professional as I remembered.

i was wondering when you needed to replace them? so they can last a lifetime.....I know a girl had them done in 2003 ..no need to replace, unless an issue?

Do not go the cheap way. Do not go to another country to save 2-3k (if a problem arise you will be fucked... and not in a pleasant way...)

I’m all for it. I love when girls doll themselves up. Lip fillers, boob job, bbl, ass and breast implants, botox, acrylic long nails. I want a Barbie type of chick beside me in bed right now.
