and a bit safer and not contributing to the spread of covid. lots of restaurants and bars also feeling the effects. hopefully these wave 2 controls will not be in effect as long, but not sure the clubs will survive

Not really. I’m on a tight schedule when I’m at the gym I don’t bother seeing the sites. I try to get in as much as I can as quick as I can, just like an SP session....eh oh!

The Quebec-side restrictions have been extended another 28 days, until Nov. 23rd. I imagine that the Ottawa zone restrictions will be extended as well, given the recent case counts.
