Both Proud Boys and Oath Keepers have been arrested with conspiracy charges now.
Note that Nordean's indictment has the Terrorist checkbox ticked for sentencing enhancement. (They don’t say which of the terrorist enhancement crimes they have in mind.)

Someone has pointed out that the charges are basically parallel to each other for the main point (which qualifies for sedition).
