So that time of year is quickly approaching. Egg Nog is starting to show up on grocery store shelves again.
The question is…..Will you be buying it?
It’s a love it, or hate it type thing
The worst the about it is it’s name. Egg…Nog doesn’t exactly sound like something you want to be swallowing. Once you get over that, it’s not so bad

I usually wait for my fix and buy a bunch of it up discounted a few days after Christmas. Yes, consumed with dark rum.

Thank god the stuff only is marketed over Christmas.
Because it sort feels like the equivalent of drinking coronary heart disease with the lack of good nutrients and amount of saturated fats if my memory is getting readings of labels from almost a year ago right.
