Hmm, should I listen to...
...reality? Of course you ignore those same groups when they say Hamas rockets are completely unjustified, attacks on random Jews in the West Bank have absolutely no justification, and a negotiated two state peace is the only possible way forward.

But sure, ignore that 20% of Israel are Arabs who have the same legal rights (though they face systemic discrimination) and where numerous Arab legislators are a part of the governing coalition.

And why would I read a human rights reports commissioned by countries like Syria, Saudi Arabia, and Sudan?

Cool story, bro.

You really are out to lunch and just posting your own internal, cantaro like, monologue.
I back taking both sides to the ICC over allegations against both sides levelled by HRW, Amnesty, B'tselem and the UN.
You are the one that calls those reports 'commissioned by dictators' as a really pathetic attack on the messenger.
You really think HRW, B'tselem and Amnesty are ruled by dictators? Hilarious.

I love your pretend anti-colonialism in other threads then watching you dive back here and defend the most colonial and racist state around.
Keep rocking that apartheid love and see how it works for you.

Israel is apartheid and you keep defending their attacks on civilians, illegal occupation and settler colonialism.

Edit: Here's Israel's PM on the two state solution, confirming its dead and the apartheid one state is the de facto solution.

...
Yes, the truth is cool (or at least way cooler than some old dude using a catch phrase from a decade ago).

And no, you've routinely argued in support of Hamas actions so you clearly don't support the ICC other as a tool to to push your crusade (just like you continually ignore the UN, Amnesty, HRW, etc when they condemn Hamas).

But sure, keep on posting about boycotts in a thread where you support Israeli businesses while also showing that Israel is an active democracy where dissent is an accepted part of daily life.

You're lying again.
I have repeatedly stated that I fully support both sides being held to the law and investigated and/or charged for all war crimes/crimes against humanity detailed in human rights reports.
Take Hamas and Israel to the ICC.

You are the one that is against the application of international law, basic human rights and equal treatment.
You are the supporter of apartheid in defence of settler colonialism.

So why do you keep arguing that Hamas rockets are actually self defence and attacks on Jews in the West Bank have some legitimacy?

p.s. Human rights ( at least in the post-colonial world) include listening to the opinions of the people involved. Sadly that doesn't stop you from backing a plan opposed by the vast majority of Palestinians and the vast majority of Israelis.

Are the clouds still yelling back when you shout at them on the corner?

Hamas has a right to self defence but not with indiscriminate weapons like their rockets or Israeli tank fire and artillery shellings.
All are war crimes and all who use them should be sent to the Hague.

Are you still claiming that only Israel has a right to self defence against terrorism?

I've repeatedly described the militant settlers as terrorists.

Only 36% of Palestinians now support the two state solution, so why do you back a plan that neither Israelis or Palestinians want?

Things you've argued against many times.

And why is it that you condemn Israel based on reports but refuse to condemn Hamas until the ICC rules. Also, when the ICC rules that Hamas are terrorists and guilty of crimes against humanity (against Israelis and the people of Gaza), how will the ICC fix the problem?

Is that your excuse for wanting to impose something 70% of Palestinians oppose?
The apartheid, illegal occupation is the imposition.
Not arguing for the end of apartheid through sanctions and boycotts and implementing basic human rightws.

Why do you think you deserve to impose apartheid on another people?
Why do you think they are so lesser as to not deserve even basic human rights?
Why do you think you can impose apartheid?

Why do you think that human rights reports only apply to Hamas?
Why do you call every Palestinian a 'terrorist' or 'Hamas'?
Why are you so against international law and basic human rights?
Why do you refuse to condemn apartheid and settler colonialism?

You are full of shit. I call Hamas terrorists (and so does Canada). I am also willing to criticize the 50% of Palestinian respondents who support attacks on Israeli civilians.
Why are you only in support of international law when you can use it to demonize Israel?
I've condemned the settler movement many times and Apartheid is not an accurate description.

Wow that's a dumb excuse. Are you really saying it's okay for Palestinians to reject negotiations because they have something they want from negotiations? Sadly the Palestinian leadership have convinced 48% of their people that violence will solve the problem and you are okay with that. Last I checked, violence isn't supported by any human rights advocate.

p.s. Human rights means respecting the views of others, not trying to force them into a completely unworkable case that is only preferred by 6% of Palestinians.

True, you've called settlers 'terrorists'.

I've repeatedly described the militant settlers as terrorists.
Yet with your biases you think that supporting terrorism means you can't negotiate with Hamas, but have no problem backing the country that uses the IDF to defend terrorist settlers.
I say take Israel and Hamas to the ICC, you say Israeli terrorism is ok.

Apartheid is the most accurate description.
The charges of apartheid are likely being discussed at the ICC right now.

After all, even 45% of Israelis say Israel is apartheid.

How can they reject negotiations that haven't happened for 7 years?

How can you say that the occupation, apartheid rule and settler colonialism isn't an imposition.
That the only imposition is that Palestinians don't all cheer for imaginary peace talks, like the 20 years of Oslo that Israel used to colonize more of Palestine with 'facts on the ground'?

How can support the second most evil, racist, crime against humanity?

I've called SOME settlers terrorists the same as I call SOME Palestinians terrorists. that's what someone who actually believes in condemning both sides would do. Still you continue to make excuses for Palestinians who act the same as these militant settlers and Hamas who has those acts as official policy.

Hmm. They could have agreed at all the times that talks started. there were several occasions where Israel froze settlement construction as an inducement to talks yet Abbas waited until the freeze was done before pretending he wanted to talk. More importantly, one of the Palestinian governments REFUSES to consider peace talks.

Hell, if Abbas made a counter-offer to what Olmert offered in 2008 instead of walking away, there would currently be a completely contiguous Palestinian state on all of Gaza and the West Bank (with 1:1 Swaps) and a shared Jerusalem under international oversite. Sadly Abbas knew that after 60 years of promising to destroy Israel, he wouldn't be able to convince his people and had no chance of convincing Hamas.

Bennett is a dick and negotiations won't happen until Lapid is PM in a couple years and I will guarantee you now that when talks do happen, Hamas still won't take part and Abbas will find excuses to walk away again.

That was the goal of the Oslo Accords.
Sadly you say the same thing about any attempt towards peace, making quite clear you support Hamas' end game, not one supported by the UN.

Abbas couldn't even bother making a counter-offer to an offer that was better than what the Arab League proposed.

Its not me, its Netanyahu who said it.

Netanyahu admits on video he deceived US to destroy Oslo accord
Israeli prime minister boasted nine years ago that while making minor withdrawals from the West Bank he was actually entrenching the occupation.
