We have seen massive asset price inflation.I wish there was deflation yesterday when I was in T&T looking
for something in its cooked food section that was less than 5--10%
more pricey than from last month.
If there is going to be deflation you won't likely see it in
food, gas and electricity.
Low interest rares, inner suburban yellow belt zoning, massive immigration, corporate and property developer driven monetizing of housing as just another asset class ......We have seen massive asset price inflation.
Case in point, Toronto real estate.
